Returns and Claims Policy

1. Customers’ satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with any product(s) that you received, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

2. All eligible return items will require clear video recording documenting the unboxing procedures upon receipt. In the case of receiving different products from what you have ordered or damaged goods upon arrival, please contact us at service@jnpjasco.com or LINE application @jpjascoth with your order confirmation number, clear image/video(s).

3. In the case that you do not have an unboxing video recording, we reserve the rights to decide product eligibility for return.
