วิธีทำความสะอาด
การใช้งานครั้งแรก
• ใช้น้ำยาล้างจานขัดน้ำมันเคลือบกันสนิมออก ล้างด้วยน้ำร้อนหรือน้ำอุ่น แล้วเช็ดให้แห้งสนิท
• นำกระทะไปตั้งเตา เปิดไฟอ่อน เทน้ำมันพืชเล็กน้อย ทาให้ทั่วกระทะด้านใน เคลือบอย่างน้อย 2 ชั้น
• ปิดเตา พักกระทะทิ้งไว้ 45-60 นาที ก่อนนำไปใช้งาน
การใช้งาน
• ใช้ตะหลิวไม้หรือซิลิโคนเท่านั้น
หลังการใช้งาน
• ล้างกระทะทันทีด้วยน้ำร้อนหรือน้ำอุ่น และล้างคราบด้วยฟองน้ำหรือแผ่นซิลิโคนเท่านั้น
• หลังล้างทำความสะอาด หากไม่ใช้งานต่อ ให้เช็ดกระทะให้แห้ง ตั้งเตาและเคลือบด้วยน้ำมันก่อนทุกครั้ง
• ห้ามนำกระทะไปแช่น้ำทิ้งไว้
Remark: หากมีสนิมเกิดขึ้น สามารถใช้น้ำยาล้างจานขัดออกได้ จากนั้นดูแลรักษาด้วยการเคลือบน้ำมันพืชเพื่อใช้งานในครั้งต่อไป

Cleaning Instructions
First Use
- Use dishwashing detergent to remove the protective oil coating. Wash with hot or warm water, then dry thoroughly.
- Place the pan on the stove, set to low heat, and add a small amount of vegetable oil. Spread the oil evenly on the inside of the pan, coating at least 2 layers.
- Turn off the stove and let the pan rest for 45–60 minutes before use.
Usage
- Use only wooden or silicone spatulas.
After Use
- Immediately wash the pan with hot or warm water and clean residue with a sponge or silicone scrubber only.
- After cleaning, if not using the pan right away, dry it thoroughly, heat on the stove, and coat with oil before storing.
- Do not soak the pan in water.
Remark: If rust appears, use dishwashing detergent to scrub it off, then maintain by coating with oil before the next use.
